Description

These programmes were originally developed on behalf of the Red Cross and were aimed at students who were being bullied at school. The programmes have been modified and are now aimed at all young people who feel lonely and abandoned due to bullying, exclusion, relationship problems, etc. However, most young people can benefit from several of the programmes (e.g. self-confidence training, mental toughness training, etc.).

This training programme consists of five programmes (Muscular Relaxation, The Mental Space, Self-Image Training, Mental Toughness Training and Self-Training) and instructions for each of them.

Each programme should be practised 5-7 times before moving on to the next one.
