Unconscious presence
The audio track is inspired by and incorporates techniques developed by Milton Ericsson. The increasingly popular technique of ”mindfulness” refers to ”conscious presence,” where one focuses on one thing and is completely in the present moment.
According to Milton Ericsson, our inner and unconscious processes are very important for creativity and personal development. Most of our individual personality is unconscious and unknown. According to Milton, the unconscious is both wiser and more benevolent than the conscious.
The new concept of ”unconscious presence” points to a different way of training. Here, the conscious is set aside in order to fully utilise the unconscious. Through this technique, you gain access to your full potential while remaining in the present moment.
How to work with the audio track:
Indirect suggestions give the brain the opportunity to work through the unconscious. It is important to trust the process and understand that you will not notice the effects at first, as the process takes place outside of your conscious mind.
Eventually, you will become aware of the effects and begin to notice the changes and developments that have taken place. Before you begin the training, you are welcome to write down a problem you want to find a solution to, or a question you want answered. However, this is not entirely necessary, as your subconscious knows what is going on inside you and can therefore choose what is most important to you at that moment.
What is the background to the recording?
I have long been fascinated by Milton Ericsson's methods and language and have trained extensively in these methods myself. This has given me an understanding of how useful these methods can be and a desire to spread and communicate this opportunity to as many people as possible.
Good luck!
The first in the series is now complete, and I would appreciate your feedback and comments on the programme. Please feel free to share your experiences and the effects you have noticed.
