With the MindSchool app, you get access to mental training and mindfulness exercises for your teenager!

They train their self-image, goals, attitude and feelings. It also helps participants reduce their stress levels, increase their ability to concentrate and achieve better results at school.

When you order and pay via our webshop, the programme and login details will be sent to you within 2-3 days at the most. You will then receive login details for the app where the training takes place.

Only £49.99 for 6 months' access to the app. The training programmes are suitable for children aged 8-13!

Please note: If you are under 18 years of age, you will need parental consent. The first time you log in, you accept the terms and conditions, which means that your parents have approved your use of Mindschool.
