For many people, the theoretical and practical driving test creates negative stress, which prevents them from performing to the best of their ability.

When you take the theoretical test, you may think you know everything, but stress can cause your mind to go blank or prevent you from thinking clearly.

When it comes to practical driving, you have been given permission to ”drive up” after doing well in the regular driving lessons. But the pressure to succeed, both in terms of cost and time, can cause your performance to deteriorate and lead to mistakes that you would not normally make.

The mental training that has helped elite athletes succeed for more than 50 years can also be just as helpful for you when you're getting your driving licence.

The training programme, which should be used for at least 2 weeks, at least 5 days a week (preferably more), focuses on both knowledge acquisition and the theoretical test, as well as the driving test.

You don't need to make an effort to listen because the content is aimed at your subconscious. Just relax and let your brain be programmed by the information entering your inner self.

The programme works even better if you have already completed the basic mental training, but if you don't have time for that, you can go straight to the training in this programme.
