Ten programmes that teach mental training and give you the opportunity to work on your own personal development. These programmes strengthen your self-confidence and self-esteem and give you the opportunity to create attractive visions of the future. You also get the chance to develop mental abilities such as concentration and creativity. Finally, you will practise creating a positive attitude towards life (optimism) and identifying and creating positive emotional states that promote performance and well-being. Each programme should be practised 5-7 times before moving on to the next one.
