EVERY NIGHT, many Swedes need to take sleeping pills to be able to fall asleep. Every day, a large number of Swedes are signed off work due to exhaustion depression (burnout), where a major cause is a lack of deep sleep, which causes the body's recovery system to shut down. Therefore, resting, taking a holiday or sleeping a lot does not help. Improving sleep quality is therefore just as important as getting help with falling asleep. The programmes on this app have therefore been designed to both facilitate falling asleep and improve sleep quality. One of them is also for ”active rest”, i.e. getting effective rest and recovery for 10-15 minutes during the day.

The purchase includes the following three programmes:

1. SLEEP TRAINING

The programme aims to ”program” sleep so that it comes when you want it. The programme also aims to improve the quality of your sleep. You will also learn to enjoy the process of falling asleep. Use the programme 21 times over 3-4 weeks. The training can be done at any time of the day.

2. SIESTA SLEEP

Are you one of those people who takes a siesta regularly or when you feel tired? Or are you one of those who doesn't think they have time for an hour of relaxation after lunch? In this programme, you will learn how to relax and rest effectively and feel like you've had several hours of sleep in just 10 minutes. New neuroscientific research has shown that what we call rest (sitting or lying down and doing ”nothing”) causes the brain to enter ”Default Mode or Task-Negative Network," where energy consumption increases. By combining rest with mental training, the brain slows down instead, making rest more effective and increasing recovery. You can either use the programme regularly for a certain period of time or use it when you feel tired and need to perk up.

3. SLEEP START

In this programme, you will learn how to let relaxation turn into sleep. You will learn to enjoy falling asleep and improve the quality of your night's sleep. The programme is only used when you want to fall asleep. Use the programme until you have learned to fall asleep and sleep effectively without the help of the programme.
