1. General
This agreement (the ”Agreement”) applies to online courses sold on mentalträning.nu by Unestal Education AB (556767-3347). Unestål Education AB offers its customers (the ”Customer”) online training courses in mental training on the website www.mentalträning.nu. The Agreement is signed when the Customer ticks the box for the general terms and conditions on the website and purchases a training programme/course. Unestål Education AB reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Unestål Education AB will notify the Customer of any amendments to the Agreement by posting them on the website or in another appropriate manner. A new or amended version of this Agreement shall take effect from the date on which the amendment was posted on the website. 

2. Fees and payment 
When the Customer purchases a course/programme, the Customer simultaneously pays the price stated on the website using the payment solution provided. 

3. Joining a course
Once the Customer has registered and paid for the course, they will receive an invitation to the course via the Unestål Education platform.

4. Responsibility for courses
Unestål Education AB shall provide the Customer with access to the material and services specified on the Website for the respective programme/course. Unestål Education AB is responsible for ensuring that the quality of sound and any images is good, but cannot be held responsible for the playback quality locally at the participants' premises.

5. Medical responsibilityr
The courses offered on the Website are only intended to help the Customer lead a healthy and active life. Unestål Education AB is not a medical organisation and its staff cannot provide the Customer with medical advice or make diagnoses, and none of the material on the Website and/or provided in the groups shall be considered to constitute such advice or diagnoses. Information and advice provided by Unestål Education AB should not be used as a substitute for consultation, evaluation or treatment by a doctor. Unestål Education AB accepts no responsibility for any form of damage that may be a direct or indirect result of the use or misuse of information contained in or referred to in the courses. 

6. Copyright
The customer understands that the Website and all material made available by Unestål Education AB in connection with the provision of the programmes contains material owned by Unestål Education AB, and that this material is protected by intellectual property rights through copyright, database rights, patent rights, trademark rights and/or other proprietary rights.

7. Right of withdrawal
Becoming a customer of Unestål Education AB means that you, as a customer, should feel confident about your purchase. As a private customer, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period. Your cooling-off period begins when you receive your booking confirmation for a programme. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days. Refunds/credits are always made to the original payment method, which normally takes place within 10 working days of us receiving your request to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

8. Processing of personal data
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about themselves. The information you provide will be treated confidentially. When you, as a customer, purchase one of our programmes, the information you provide is recorded in our customer register. Personal identification numbers are not recorded. The customer agrees that Unestål Education AB may use the information provided by the customer for relevant information and offers from Unestål Education AB. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties and is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You do not need to do anything.

9. Accessibility programme
Access to a purchased programme is lifetime.


10. Choice of law and disputes
Swedish law shall apply to this agreement and any dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court of law.
