SUCCESS AT SCHOOL
RELAXATION AND MENTAL TRAINING
The first training programme in the series ”Life skills training for children and young people”. The reason for the series is a belief that the primary task of both parents and schools is to prepare children and young people for a good adult life. Uneståhl's research into the factors behind a good life (”high quality of life”) has shown that several of these factors should be trained early in adolescence. He has also shown that children possess a number of these qualities (”7 C's – childlike capacities”) that are easily lost as they grow up and should therefore be maintained and reinforced through training.
Programme – SUCCESS IN SCHOOL
Now it's time to also train for external success, which is more closely linked to performance. This training programme gives you the opportunity to train a number of factors that increase your chances of success at school. These include good concentration skills, motivation to study, and the ability to remain calm and confident during exams, etc. The training programme is extensive and helps you develop the factors that lead to good study results. The effects of the training are aimed at both your studies (motivation, concentration, etc., i.e. the ”ideal learning environment”) and the moment of performance itself (exams), where you need to do yourself justice.
Each programme should be practised 5-7 times before moving on to the next one.

This programme can also be used as an introduction to sleep. You can choose whether you want to end the programme and wake up, or whether you want to drift off into a nice, comfy sleep. If you choose to let the programme transition into sleep, you'll bring relaxation into your sleep, which will give you better quality sleep.
